Wild swimming
The wild swimming in the Soca Valley is plentiful and stunning. OK, so the Soca itself is pretty nippy, but isn’t that what Wim Hof wants us to seek anyway? The super clear water, the limestone rock, the lapping waves, the deep natural pools, its hard to describe just how beautiful it is. There are local swim spots everywhere, including below the house under the bridge. There is a slightly warmer option, the Nadiza River just next to Kobarid. It’s a tributary of the Soca River, slightly slower and not as deep so it takes on heat from the sun better.
