Guest Information Requirements
We are required by Slovene law to provide the state with the details below for each guest staying at Chalet Julian. Please provide the following prior to arrival to avoid local penalties.
Full Name (as on passport)
Date of Birth
This can be sent as an image on WhatsApp – the number is +44 (0) 7912 091838. All data is deleted once the registration is complete. Alternatively, it can be emailed to email@example.com
You are staying at Chalet Julian, 95 Zaga. It’s the same key for the ground and first floor.
Key safe code is 2703
To open the key safe:
- If numbers not visible, move the small black panel down.
- Entre code above
- Using index finger, pull the small black lever down then out.
- The key for the door is inside.
There is generous parking at Chalet Julian, including the option to pull in/pull out for van and trailers.

Directions from Bovec:
Bovec to Zaga 8 mins
Continue past Bovec (don’t turn into the town) follow the road now signed Nova Gorica.
Approximately 5 miles after Bovec, you will pass a restaurant “Zvikar” on your right, then another mile onto the “Boka” water falls.
Keep going a further mile and you will see a pink restaurant “Pri Mostu” on the right at a sharp bend.
Immediately after the restaurant cross the River Ucja there a collection of houses and a small side road on the right.
Turn onto this side road keeping left (past a mechanics garage with big doors)
Follow this road for approximately 100m and look for No. 95 on the right hand side.
You’ve arrived…..No. 95, Chalet Julian. Key Safe Code 2703.
Check In & Check Out
Check in is from 4pm. Please ensure ‘Guest Registration Details’ have been sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. The folder in the loft is full of information, from the wifi code to the emergency services.
Check out is before 10am on the day of departure. Please strip beds, take the recycling to the main bins by the roadside, and general waste to go in the green house bin. Please leave the house in good order and report any breakages.
