Guest Information Requirements
We are required by Slovene law to provide the state with the details below for each guest staying at Chalet Soca. Please provide the following prior to arrival to avoid local penalties.
Full Name (as on passport)
Date of Birth
Nationality
Passport/ID number
This can be sent as an image on WhatsApp – the number is +44 (0) 7912 091838. All data is deleted once the registration is complete. Alternatively, it can be emailed to hello@alpinehub.com
Access Information
Go up the stairs, you are staying at Chalet Soca, 131 Zaga.
Key safe code is 2125
To open the key safe:
- If numbers not visible, move the small black panel down.
- Entre code above
- Using index finger, pull the small black lever down then out.
- The key for the door is inside.
Parking
There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house. 1 in front of the garage and 1 in front of the two small windows. Additional parking is available on the main road, over the bridge toward Bovec and above the football pitch, please allow space for our neighbours’….

Bovec to Zaga 6 mins
Continue past Bovec (don’t turn into the town) follow the road now signed Nova Gorica.
Approximately 5 miles after Bovec, you will pass a restaurant on your right “Zvikar”, then onto the “Boka Falls” water falls.
Keep going…a further mile and you will see a restaurant on the right at a sharp left hand bend. The restaurant is call ‘Pri Mostu’.
Immediately after Pri Mostu restaurant cross the River Ucja bridge and there is a small collection of houses on the roadside.
We are joined above to the 1st narrow house after the bridge. You will also see the pedestrian steps up the hill that go up to Chalet Soca.
You access the house by taking the next sharp right hand turn (almost back on yourself) at the end of this collection of houses. We are the house straight in front of you, with the wooden cladding on the upper half of the building. 131 Zaga.
Go Upstairs to the front entrance, not the ground floor doors. The garage is there to use for gear, please leave the key in the key safe. It’s the same code as the front door, 2125.
Check In & Check Out
Check in is from 4pm. Please ensure ‘Guest Registration Details’ have been sent to hello@alpinehub.com. The folder in the loft is full of information, from the wifi code to the emergency services.
Check out is before 10am on the day of departure. Please strip beds, take the recycling to the main bins by the roadside, and general waste to go in the green house bin. Please leave the house in good order and report any breakages.
