HOW TO BOOK
Bookings should be confirmed by following the links on the website. Payments can be made via PayPal, or by bank transfer. Transfer details will be provided at time of booking
PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT
20% of the total booking is required to hold a booking. This deposit is non refundable. Alpine Hub will email you when the deposit has been paid with confirmation of dates and amount owing. If the start date is less than 1 calendar month from the time of booking, the full payment will be required
PAYMENT OF BALANCE
The balance must be paid in full at least 1 calendar month before the start date of the rental period. The balance can be paid via PayPal or by bank transfer
BANK OR TRANSFER FEES
The total amount stated on the final invoice is the amount that should be received by Alpine Hub. Please ensure you check prior to transferring your payment that all banking and exchange rate fees and transfer costs are covered
In the event of a cancellation, unfortunately the deposit if non refundable. If the cancellation is made 1 month or more prior to the rental period, if the remaining balance has already been paid then this will be returned. If the cancellation is made with less than 1 calendar months notice then 50% of the remaining balance will be retained by Alpine Hub (this excludes the deposit, the deposit is not included as part of the 50% and will be retained also). If the cancellation is made with 48 hours or less until the start of the rental period then no refund will be given. Covid cancellations will be given the option to book an alternative date with proof of the positive test or if country rules are changed to prevent travel.
We will try our hardest to help if you need to alter your booking, and we won’t charge, and will accommodate you whenever possible providing dates are available
You are welcome to check in any time after 16:00hrs. We kindly ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00hrs on the day of departure to allow time for change over cleaning.
Key safes are located by each of the exterior doors. Key safe codes and details on how to find us will be emailed to you on receipt of full payment of the booking
The house is to be used as a holiday residence only, no illegal or business activity is permitted. NO SMOKING. Please refer to the “Welcome Book” for instructions on the use of appliances, heating and hot water and general house info. Please make Alpine aware of any breakages where payment. It will be at Alpine Hubs discretion if charges are made for damage.
Alpine Hub want to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible, however we regret that we cannot accept liability for any injury, illness, death or loss incurred whilst staying in the apartment. We cannot be accountable for any event or circumstance out of our control which could not be predicted after taking reasonable care. Minor breakages to crockery etc… will not be charged for but we would appreciate you informing us so it can be replaced for the convenience of future guests. In the event of any queries or questions please don’t hesitate in contacting Jo on + 44 (0)7912 091838. We will always help when ever its possible. In the extremely unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances out of our control we will refund the full amount of your rental. However we will not be accountable for any additional costs incurred outside of the rental agreement. We also reserve the right to cancel your booking if the required payment isn’t received in time. We highly recommend you take out your own travel insurance policy that will provide adequate cover for the sporting activities you wish to partake and that will provide cover in the event of cancellation/illness/injury
We understand the complexities of traveling with ever changing Covid regulations. We will always help where we can. If you have to cancel your stay with Alpine Hub because you or a key member of your group has contracted Covid, please send us a copy of the positive test and we will re-book your trip for a later date that suits.
